    Projects Managed
    From Nose To Tail

These projects show the full scope of what 305 Sky can manage: maintenance, avionics, paint, interiors, vendor coordination, documentation and return to service — all with one accountable team overseeing the aircraft from start to finish.

N56A was managed as a true nose-to-tail transformation. The project included routine maintenance, new paint, a complete interior refresh, an upgraded avionics panel and a new autopilot — with 305 Sky coordinating each phase, vendor and sign-off through final return to service.

It is a clear example of the value of having one team responsible for the entire aircraft rather than managing a collection of disconnected vendors.

N222PV represents the kind of long-term aircraft relationship we value. We manage its ongoing maintenance program and coordinated a full strip and repaint together with a new interior.

The quality of a paint project begins long before color is applied. Proper stripping, preparation and inspection of the airframe are what protect the finish and the aircraft beneath it for years after delivery.
